Ask Is content made specifically for one platform always better than content adapted from somewhere else?

Content made for a specific platform usually performs better because it fits how that platform works. A video made natively for TikTok, for example, tends to feel more natural to viewers there than a YouTube video that was just re-uploaded. That said, adapted content can still do well if the adjustments are done thoughtfully. The issue is when people just copy and paste content without thinking about the format, the audience, or the length that works best on that platform. Do you think native content always has an edge or can well-adapted content compete just as well?
