Most freelancers will hear this at some point, and how you respond says a lot about how you see your own work. Some people drop their price quickly just to keep the client, while others explain what the client is getting for the money and hold their ground. Giving in too fast can sometimes make clients value your work less. What do you usually say when a client tells you your rate is too high?

I will respond by saying that the number of people who are testify to my service with five star rating can never go wrong. I will tell the client that I am receiving five-star rating because I provide superior service in my category. I can show the client to go for the cheapest one to try things out
