Revisions are a normal part of any freelance project, but the way they are framed can affect how the client feels about the work. Some clients interpret a revision offer as an admission that something went wrong, which can create doubt even before they see the result. I think the language used matters a lot here, but it is hard to know what tone works across different types of clients. How do you present the revision process in a way that keeps the client confident while still giving them room to request changes?
