Ask Should freelance platforms reward long term clients and freelancers?

Many freelancers stay on one platform for years without getting anything extra for their loyalty. New users sometimes enjoy lower fees or special offers while old members keep paying the same rate no matter how long they have stayed. This makes some people feel their loyalty does not count for much on these platforms. A reward system for long term users could encourage people to stay longer instead of moving to another platform. Do you think this would help freelancers?

I think middle majority of the freelance marketplace is focus on clients. The focus on what will retain client on the platform even if it is at the expense of the freelance. They believe that the client are the one spending the money that keeps the marketplace running consistently for years
