Freelance platforms are great for finding work when you are just starting out, but a lot of experienced freelancers start wondering if staying on them forever is the smartest move. The fees can add up, and the platform controls a lot of the relationship. Some people stick with platforms for the steady flow of clients, while others build their own client base over time. What has worked best for you, and do you think moving clients off a platform is worth it?

I think it is very important too remain on the platform inclusive there is any dispute between you and the client the platform will be able to resolve it between two of you. If you want to take client dependently you will need to create your own website and attract them too
