On most platforms, saving or bookmarking a post is considered a much stronger signal than a like. When someone saves a post, it tells the platform that the content was valuable enough to come back to later. A like takes one second and often means very little. Saves suggest that the person actually found the content helpful or interesting. This is why posts that teach something or share a useful tip tend to spread further than posts that are just entertaining for a moment.
