Traditional employment gives you structure, benefits, and a level of security that freelancing cannot always match. But freelancing gives you control, flexibility, and earning potential that most regular jobs put a cap on. Both paths have worked well for different people depending on their goals, personality, and circumstances. Do you personally believe freelancing holds up better as a long-term career compared to traditional employment, and what has led you to that conclusion?

I do not think one option is better for everyone. Freelancing gives more freedom to choose clients, set your schedule, and work from different places. On the other hand, traditional employment often provides a more stable income, employee benefits, and a clearer career path. The better choice depends on a person's goals, skills, and comfort with uncertainty.

For me, freelancing can be a great long-term career if you are good at finding clients and managing your business. It offers flexibility, but it also comes with challenges such as inconsistent income and the need to handle your own taxes, marketing, and client relationships. A regular job may provide more security, which is important for many people.
