What rating does to the freelancers cannot be quantified. That's why majority of the freelancers always convince their clients to rate them. Imagine a client you now use most of your efforts on that doesn't still rate you. That's why some freelancers always, like an appeal, ask their clients to rate them. They always want them to recommend them if it is allowed. How will you feel as freelancers when you don't get rating when you are expecting it?

You will actually get some people like that and you just have to count it as one and move on to the next. You don't have to dwell too much on it because it is going to affect your psychology. The worst they can do is to give you bad ratings and reviews. And since that doesn't happen you just have to move on.
