Is it safer to refund your clients if they don't like your tasks?

There are some people that believe that refunding of clients will go a long ways maintaining relationship. They do believe that you need to refund the clients whenever they are not satisfied with your work. Others have opposed this. You don't need to. Freelancers should learn how to only refund when they don't meet up with the deadlines and not when the clients opine that they don't do the work well. Except if they are convinced truly that they don't do the work well.
