Do you believe clients will pay more if you tell them you don't use artificial intelligence tools?

In ensuring transparency, there are some clients that do give their clients options. In fact they tell them that they either make use of artificial intelligence tools or their human intelligence but will charge more. Some clients are cool with them using artificial tools and pay them lesser. Others will rather make the freelancers rely human intelligence and prefer paying more. What do you think about this?
