Winning a dispute does not always feel like a win, especially when the client still has the ability to leave a review. Some platforms separate the dispute process from the review system entirely, which means a client can still share their experience even after the case is closed in your favor. This is something a lot of freelancers find frustrating because it feels like the outcome of the dispute should carry some weight.
