Most freelance platforms tie reviews to completed contracts, so a client usually has to close the job before they can leave feedback. But I have seen cases where a client marks a job as complete without actually releasing the payment, and the review still goes through. This seems like a gap in the system to me. I am not sure if this is the same on every platform. Have you ever had a client leave you a review but the payment was still stuck?
