Some freelancers lose good clients not because their skill is weak, but because of small things they ignore, like going quiet for days or missing a deadline without saying a word. Clients often forgive slow work more than they forgive silence. From what I have seen, poor communication breaks trust faster than anything else. What mistake do you think ruins these relationships the most, missed deadlines, poor communication, or simply overpromising at the beginning of a project?
