Ask What is the right way to use callout extensions without making ads look cluttered?

Callout extensions are short lines of text that appear below your main ad to highlight features like "Free Delivery" or "24/7 Support." They do not link anywhere, they just add information. The mistake most people make is adding too many or making them too similar to each other. Three to four strong callouts that each say something different work better than eight that repeat the same idea. They should add value that is not already in the headline. Google picks which ones to show, so having six to eight good options and letting Google rotate them is a smart approach. So what do you think makes a callout extension actually worth including in an ad?
