I understand the frustration. Unfortunately, you don't fire your big clients just like that. You can however be pitching new clients for at least a period of six months. When you know you are balanced, you can decide to be phasing them out, by resisting the offer and be tabling the sharing formula. With this, it will be easier to let the issues be resolved.
