Pitching for a project often requires showing some level of thinking to convince a client you understand their needs, but there is a point where the ideas you share become detailed enough to be used on their own. How do you decide how much of your thinking to reveal during early conversations, and do you have any boundaries in place to prevent your ideas from being used without an agreement?
