Hey everyone,

I've been working with programmatic display campaigns for a while and trying to get better at spotting underperforming placements.

I usually start by looking at CTR and conversion rates across different sites. I also check bounce rates after clicks to see if traffic sticks around. Sometimes I group placements by category to find patterns.

I've tried pulling reports regularly to catch trends early. It feels like some placements quietly eat the budget without delivering results. I'm still figuring out how to act fast enough when I spot those.

What's your process for identifying underperforming placements in programmatic display?
