Remote work was supposed to make location irrelevant, but many freelancers still find that where they are based changes how clients respond to their rates. It does not always feel fair, especially when the internet has made geography less of a barrier for skills and communication. Do you think location bias in freelance pay is still a real problem, or has it gotten better in recent years?
