There are skills that were once common but have quietly become harder to find because fewer people invest time in them anymore. When something becomes rare, clients who need it start paying more just to get access to it. That shift does not always happen because the skill is difficult. Sometimes it happens because people moved on to what is currently trending and left a gap behind. What skill have you seen become harder to find in the freelance market, and do you think that shortage is going to last?
