Ask Is it allowed to use screenshots of client conversations as proof in a freelance platform dispute?

When a dispute starts, the first thing most freelancers do is go back through their messages and take screenshots to show what was agreed. It feels like the most natural form of evidence. Most platforms do accept conversation history from their own messaging system as proof, but screenshots can be harder to verify since they can be edited. Some platforms prefer to pull the message records directly from their system instead. If you have ever used screenshots in a dispute, did the platform take them seriously or did they ask for something else?

You have to use every available materials as everyday when you are resolving a distribute with a client as a freelancer in the marketplace. Some of these clients can be very funny he or she can start deleting all the necessary materials if he intended to cheat you from the onset.
