I have a skill (video editing) but I don't know how to promote it?

Hello BMFers,

I am a prospective freelancer. I am good at editing videos. I know how to make use of the major video editing tools. I have done several of these for my friends and myself. Unfortunately, despite all what I have done, I have not secured as a freelaner on any freelancing platforms that I belong to. I don't know what I am doing wrong. I will be happy if someone can tell me what I can do to get this solved?
