I’ve been freelancing for over a year but I still charge beginner rates. How do I know when it’s time to raise my prices?

It is not really a bad thing thing increasing rate especially when you have things to back it up. There is a need to know how to get your clients convinced for them to know that truly you are doing the right things that they need to do. For instance, if you are charging at lower rate, it means you are not helping yourself to grow. That's why you need to communicate with them in such a way that they will be convinced.
