Self identification is the last journey towards becoming a successful graduate of a coaching program. A client that is working towards perfection can easily be told on how to realise how good he's is. This process is called self-discovery. It is so essential for these people to know how much about how to know how good they are.

Different test can be given them to let them know how good they are. What's your suggestions?
 
I'd ask stuff like, When have you handled a tough spot just like you hoped? or What values are you showing in how you lead? People often don't see it themselves, so I'd point out moments where they've inspired the team, made solid decisions, or handled things confidently. I'd also get them to notice what others are saying but they usually see it before we do. It's really just about connecting the dots

End when you don't set goals, you won't even realize when you achieve some of these goals. A coach needs to let them know how to set goals and realize them
