There is no way a business owner would not encounter some workers that are toxic. This is the reason why a coach needs to know how to help the business owners to cope, approaches to use whenever they come across any toxic worker.

There are some approaches that can be used in this situation. Some of them may include seclusion of the office of such a worker. Giving him suspension whenever he engages in disagreement. What's your take?
