There are some employers that will never appreciate their employees no matter how much they tried. They always want the employees to be seeing themselves as not competent enough. For some employees that do not really know how this works, they may start overworking themselves.

However with a good coach, there would be training on how employees would know their worths and would not let any other persons opinions define them. What do you think about this?
 
I completely agree with your sentiment. It can be challenging for employees to navigate working under employers who may not appreciate their efforts. A good coach can certainly help employees build their self-worth and confidence, and understand their value independent of external validation. Encouraging a positive mindset and teaching employees how to set boundaries in such situations can be empowering. It's important for employees to recognize their own worth, capabilities, and not let the opinions of others define them.
 
As a coach, I will teach my students, working for employers that don't appreciate, to make sure that they have what is called self-worth. With this, users can easily, employees will not really care about whether employers appreciate or not. As an employee, do what you are assigned to deligently.
 
First, make sure you're actually showing what you've accomplished. Keep a little list of wins and mention them casually in meetings. If that doesn't help, try chatting with them about feedback and what you need to feel recognized. Meanwhile, focus on yourself: learn new stuff, take on projects that excite you, and hang out with coworkers who lift you up. At the end of the day, your worth isn't tied to anyone else noticing, so keep grinding and improving

Truly there are some employers like that truly. They don't have appreciate their employees. Some will not appreciate until they lose such employees. However, employees should not let that stop them from improving their skills and do their statutory roles in the business., and not minding whether the employers appreciate
