There are some employers that will never appreciate their employees no matter how much they tried. They always want the employees to be seeing themselves as not competent enough. For some employees that do not really know how this works, they may start overworking themselves.
However with a good coach, there would be training on how employees would know their worths and would not let any other persons opinions define them. What do you think about this?
