I don't know whether you have experienced some clients that always delay conversion before. They will never make a decision on time. They keep on arguing and haggling. They will not want to compromise. They will rather want you to come down to their side. This may be very unfortunate to be in. Anyhow, a freelancer must find ways of dealing with such a situation. How will you do that as a freelancer? Share it.
 
You don't have to waste your time with such a person once you stated your price once and you tell the reason why or you justify the price you don't need to waste your time. The ball is in the client Court you can play it the way he likes. He knows his pocket and he can decide whether to go for your service or not
