How will you handle a freelancer that doesn't want to answer your video call?

You should not judge quickly. There are people like that. They don't just feel comfortable talking on video calls with their clients. There is a need to understand that doing video calls doesn't guarantee anything..I know it builds confidence but it doesn't matter. You only need to be worried if the freelancers don't give a genuine reason not to answer the calls. What is your own take on it? Share it below in the comment section below.
