How will I increase my rate without losing my clients?

It is a pity that most freelancers always get afraid of increasing their ratws despite the fact they they are due for it. Most of the times, they are scared their clients may leave them when they increase the price. This has made some of them to be working without having anything to show for it. As freelancers, you don't know need to be increasing your rates indiscriminately. If you dont do this, your clients will understand the needs for you to increase your price. One thing I can say is that there is no particular approach you must follow in order to do it right way. I will advise you to test different angles to see the one that works for you. You can increase the price gradually to see how they are going to respond to it.
