I've been researching Google Ads because I want to use it to promote my digital products. I was wondering how long it generally takes for a campaign to become profitable. I believe this depend so many of various factors which are beyond the control of the advertisers.

According to some of the post I read online, some say campaigns can show profits within a few weeks if optimized correctly, while others suggest it may take a few months to see consistent returns. Testing different strategies and monitoring performance metrics seem to be key to speeding up the process.

For those of you with experience, how long did it take your campaigns to turn profitable?
 
In my experience, most Google Ads campaigns don't become truly profitable overnight. For digital products, I've seen it take anywhere from 3–8 weeks of consistent testing and optimization before the numbers start looking solid. The timeline really depends on your niche, audience targeting, ad copy, landing page quality, and pricing. One tip I've found helpful is to treat the first few weeks as a learning phase track which keywords and ads convert, pause what underperforms, and double down on what works. Once you have that data, scaling the budget usually turns profitability faster.
