I recently launched a membership site but people keep canceling. Some leave after a few days while others stay for a month and then quit. I don't know why this is happening. Maybe the content isn't good enough or they don't see the value. I'm not sure if I should ask for feedback, offer discounts, or change my approach completely. I want to keep members engaged and reduce cancellations but I don't know where to start. How do you handle rapid membership cancellations?
