I've noticed a lot of members cancel their subscriptions after a short time. I want to make my membership site more valuable so people stay longer. I'm not sure if the problem is pricing, content, or engagement. Maybe I need better communication or special perks. I don't want to force anyone to stay, but I do want to give them a reason to.
