Charging different rates for the same work is something that quietly happens in freelancing, and it rarely causes problems as long as clients do not compare notes. A client who brings repeat work might get a lower rate than someone who comes in once with a tight deadline. The difference in rate usually reflects the difference in the relationship, not the quality of the work. Have you found a way to manage this without it ever becoming awkward?

I will never have issue if it is a constant project I will definitely charge different from one clients to another. And I will never be brother who is the client is satisfied with the amount I'm charging for the project. I charge them based on the time and the effort I am going to put on the project and to project are not identical.
