Upwork has a public review and a private one that only the site can see. This private score is what determines your Job Success Score which is very important for getting new jobs. Sometimes a client says nice things in public but gives you a low rating in private. It is better to be professional even when your score drops unexpectedly. How do you deal with a situation where your rating goes down? Do you try to talk to the client about it?
