It is really confusing when a client tells the platform that you did a great job but leaves a bad score on your profile for everyone to see. This usually hurts your reputation and makes it hard for new people to hire you in the future. I think that some clients do not understand how these scores affect our business or they might be unhappy about something small. Have you ever talked to a client to ask why they did this?
