It happens a lot these days. You send a proposal, feel good about your price, and then find out someone else quoted the client four times less for the same job. I know lowering your rate is not always the answer because it can hurt your value in the long run, but it is hard to watch clients pick cheaper options every time. How are you actually handling this?
