How do I build authority quickly without a big audience?

One of the ways to get more clients is to make sure that you are building more authority. While it is somehow easier to build authority around big audience compared to that of small audience. However, this doesn't mean that it cannot be done with small audience as well. You only need to be sharing your results always with them.
