In fact, some of them always prefer going for the existing freelancing platforms that are filled with many clients than the one ms that are new and don't really have many people using them. Yes the majority of the beginner freelance are underrated in most of the followers marketplace period the reason for that is that everybody try to look at the metric of the freelance before they give them work. People want to deal with freelancers who have a good track record in terms of good reviews and rating
