I was having a discussion with a friend over the weekend and discuss what we need to do to take the business to the next level. He told me that he is currently studying order freelancers who were our competitors in the freelance marketplace. I said it doesn't need to be doing all those things and reply my saying that we can copy what they agree to achieve the same kind of results.

The question I want to ask you guys is that Why should freelancers study what your biggest competitors do? I would like to know your opinion on this in the comment section thanks in advance.
