As effective as email marketing can be, it will amaze you that there are still tendencies of it fail. What can cause this? There are many reasons. Some email marketers do not write convincing mails making it very difficult for the audience not to get impressed.

Another reason is not targeting the right audience. It is better we target the right audience. Knowing the right audience will go a long way in determining the success of a mail marketing.
 
Email marketing often fails because messages are not relevant or useful to the audience. Other reasons include sending too many emails, weak subject lines, poor timing, or not segmenting your list. Using purchased or outdated lists can also hurt results. Success comes from sending clear, targeted, and valuable emails that people actually want to open.
