Maybe I typed the email address wrong, or the person's account doesn't exist anymore. Sometimes their inbox could be full, so they can't get new emails. Big attachments like videos or lots of pictures can also cause problems. Another reason is spam filters thinking the email looks suspicious and blocking it. It could even be a temporary internet or server issue. In some cases, the email service might block the account for a while. To fix it, I'd check the address again, remove large files, and resend the email later.
