Why do some freelancers spend years learning but never actually make money?

There are many freelancers that have paid enough money for training, yet they have not been making enough for themselves. There are many reasons that can be accountable to this. The first is that they may be learning in a wrong place. Not all freelancing platforms are best for you to learn. The reason is that they might be spending a lot of time during the wrong thing that will not make them Money. Perhaps they don't have the right knowledge of about how freelance works. But later stumble on information that show them the right path to freelance success and the implement is to make money for themselves to make money for themselves
