Why do clients happily spend thousands on ads but hesitate to pay freelancers?

I don't know whether you have noticed that most business owners don't always want to pay freelancers the same way they will pay for ads. There are sometimes that they will not mind sparing thousand of their money on the ads than they will spend to the freelancers. They do believe that impacts of ads can easily be felt in comparison with that of freelancers. What do you think of this? Well that is the problem with them they often think that they are dashing you money anytime you want to provide service for them. But you don't have to feel intimidated by their attitude you must let them know that you are professional and you are charging them for the exceptional skill service you are providing them.
