Why do so many freelancers become bogged down with low-paying work?

I don't believe it is all freelancers but truly this happens. Some are getting their jobs from sole platforms that encourage low paying clients. For instance, many people have argued that they Fiverr and Upwork are known for paying their clients small money. Most people that want to earn much on freelancing will make use of more of LinkedIn to secure freelancing tasks. What do you think about this? Share it in the comment section
