Why do most clients skip new freelancers even when it appears they are skilful?

One of the problems facing the new freelancers is that most of the times the clients always neglect them. They always see them as not being expert. In fact, they always believe that don't have the skill that are needed to make them complete the tasks. Clients always underrate most of the new freelancers making them be at disavantages. They are doing that to avoid trial and error as majority of them want instance solution to their urgent problems. They would like to go for freelancers that has handle different similar project with other people and give them satisfactory services. You don't want to engage in something that we prolong their services
