Why do clients expect cheap work but want premium results?

One of the things that is mostly common among the clients is that majority of them will want to have premium results even when they are not ready to pay for the price. One of the things that freelancers need to do during this issue is that they need to explain the reason why they cannot collect such an amtn for a premium task. There is a need to talk to them politely. What do you think?
