I have seen freelance in creating a new young millionaire over here in my country. The majority of the youth are not doing freelancing to make side income or full-time income for themselves. Despite the worship in the country these people are still doing good things for themselves. I believe this is something everybody should embrace including the old people.

The question I want to ask you guys concern me this is that Why are older people not engaging in freelance? I will be looking forward to your response in the comment section thanks thing in advance.

It's great to hear that freelancing has helped create new millionaires in your country and that the youth are taking advantage of this opportunity. When it comes to older people not engaging in freelance work as much as younger generations, there can be several reasons for this:

1. Traditional Career Paths: Older individuals may have spent many years building their career in traditional work settings and may be more accustomed to the stability and structure that comes with full-time employment. They may not feel the need or desire to pursue freelance work at this stage in their lives.

2. Technology Barrier: Some older individuals may not feel as comfortable with the technology and digital tools required for freelance work. This could make it more challenging for them to navigate the online platforms and communication methods that are often necessary for freelancing.

3. Financial Security: Older people may value financial stability and benefits that are typically associated with traditional employment, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and job security. Freelancing can sometimes feel more uncertain and risky in terms of income stability.

4. Skillset and Experience: Older individuals may have specialized skills and extensive experience in their respective fields, which can make it easier for them to secure well-paying full-time roles. They may not feel the need to explore freelance opportunities when they have established themselves in their careers.

5. Lack of Awareness: Some older individuals may simply not be aware of the freelance opportunities available to them or may not have considered freelancing as a viable option for generating income.

It's important to note that these are general factors and individual circumstances may vary. Encouraging older individuals to explore freelance opportunities and providing them with the necessary support and resources could help bridge the gap and enable them to benefit from the flexibility and potential income that freelancing offers.
