I am build up a system behind the freelance business and I have a good number of virtual assistant working for me but the problem is that after calculating all the cost involved in only the business I only have few profit in left for me gradually every month.

The question I want to ask you guys is that Why am I not seeing progress with my freelance business? I will be looking forward to your response in the comment section thanks in advance.

It sounds like you have put in a lot of effort into your freelance business by building a system and hiring virtual assistants, which is great to hear. However, it is concerning that you are not seeing the progress and income growth you were hoping for. There could be several reasons for this lack of progress:

1. **Pricing Structure:** Evaluate your pricing strategy to ensure it is competitive yet profitable. If your prices are too low, you may not be covering all your costs and making a sustainable profit.

2. **Marketing and Visibility:** Are you effectively marketing your services to reach potential clients? It's essential to have a strong online presence, utilize social media and networking, and consider other marketing strategies to attract new clients.

3. **Client Retention:** Keeping existing clients happy and coming back for more work is more cost-effective than constantly seeking new clients. Focus on providing excellent service, building relationships, and delivering quality work consistently.

4. **Efficiency and Productivity:** Review your processes and systems to ensure they are as efficient as possible. Time management and productivity improvements can help you complete more projects in less time, thus increasing your income potential.

5. **Diversification:** Consider diversifying your services or targeting different industries or niches to expand your client base and revenue streams.

6. **Financial Management:** Keep a close eye on your expenses, identify areas where you can reduce costs, and make sure you are pricing your services to cover all your overhead expenses while still turning a profitable margin.

7. **Professional Development:** Continuously improve your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends. Investing in your professional development can make you more competitive in the market and attract higher-paying clients.

It's essential to assess each of these areas to identify where improvements can be made. Running a freelance business can be challenging, but with a strategic approach and continual evaluation, you can work towards achieving your income goals and seeing progress in your business. Keep pushing forward and make adjustments as needed to find success in your freelance endeavors.
