If you were asked who a freelancers should work for, I will say anyone that meets up with his terms and conditions. A freelancer should not just accept to work for someone except of course he can easily get their satisfaction guaranteed. Check the price he is willing to pay. Check the deadline. Make sure you check the nature of the tasks whether it is what you can do. Doing all this will make it easier to get the right clients to work for.
