There are several platforms that have been put in place to ensure effective hosting of coaching programs. Some of these may include Zoom, Google Meet and others. The platforms that one is using may determine the kind of clients most of the time. There are some clients that do not really like some platforms for one reason or the other.

What platform are you using and what is the reason behind you choosing that platform?

I mainly use Kajabi to host everything like my courses, emails, landing pages, and even payments. It's all in one place, which makes life way easier. For live calls, I stick with Zoom since everyone knows how to use it and it just works. I've also got a private Facebook group where everyone can ask questions, share wins, or just stay connected. Sometimes I'll drop extra stuff like PDFs or templates in Google Drive. That's pretty much it!

For the main program, I usually go with Kajabi or Teachable because they're easy to organize and clients don't get lost. For live calls, I pretty much always use Zoom since everyone knows how it works. I also set up a private Slack or Circle group so people can ask questions and chat between sessions. Payments and onboarding run through Stripe, nothing fancy. Honestly, I just pick tools that feel smooth and make the whole experience easy

Most people always make use of Zoom, because of its features. However there are other newly introduced platforms that coaches can make use of these days. Before choosing the platforms to make use of, ensure that the platform is where other members of the program can make use of.

It sounds like you have a well-rounded approach to hosting your coaching program! Kajabi seems to be a popular choice for its all-in-one capabilities, making it convenient to manage various aspects of your program. Zoom is a reliable option for live calls due to its user-friendly interface and familiarity among clients. Utilizing a private Facebook group is a great way to foster community and engagement among participants.

Zoom is the most used platform. This is because it has all the features that can make learning easier for the students and teaching sustainable for the teacher. It is also reliable compared to some other platforms. Though I am saying this based on personal experience with them.
